Here is a list of methods you can use to diagnose if you have a problem of grinding teeth:
1. If you wake up in the middle of the night suffering from pains in your teeth and jaws, you are probably suffer for teeth grinding
2. If your spouse says he hears a sound of clenching in the night, you are probably grinding your teeth
3. If you put on a tape recorder to record your night noises and when playing it you hear a voice of clenching, you might be suffering from teeth grinding.
4. If you see that that your teeth tops become flat, you might be grinding your teeth.
Now, I suggest you select a method to stop grinding teeth.
