Grinding Teeth Symptoms
Most of teeth grinders are not aware of their problem, and some times they discover it too late when they must handle severe sequences of years of teeth grinding. Here are some of the symptoms which may help you identify yourself as a grinder:

2. A feel of tension in your jaw and facial muscles
3. Severe headaches
4. Wear off teeth
5. Damage to the cheek
6. Visible damage to your teeth
