Stop teeth grinding with no devices or medications

Here are some tips you can use to stop teeth grinding:

1. Take a few deep breathes before going to sleep
2. Read 10 pages of a book just before going to sleep
3. Exercise – Start doing Yoga or any other Sport you like
4. Write a diary
5. Go to a psychologist
6. Massage your mouth and jaws twice a day
7. Hold a warm cloth close to your mouth for 15 minutes before going to bed
8. Drink less Coffee and alcohol
